'Letters Patent' Shiraz
The Letters Patent of South Australia were issued in early 1836 to provide detail on how the new colony of South Australia was to be managed. They included groundbreaking concepts including the rights of the native aboriginals and freedom of religion.
The Letters Patent Shiraz is a full bodied wine displaying dark fruit characters on the nose and palate along with well integrated oak.
The wine will age well for 5+ years.
