Black Label Riesling
Region: Eden Valley
Located to the East of the Barossa Valley, the Eden Valley has a higher altitude and noticibly different growing season to its famous neighbour.
Sourced from several smaller vineyards, the grapes were harvested at dawn to preserve their delicate flavours. This is the style of Riesling that opens people’s eyes to just how delightful Riesling can be.
Look for plenty of green apple, some lime and even nectarine, the wine is structured in a very soft and flowing manner.
Exquisitely composed and expressed, the wine shows green apple, lemon pith, lime zest and white floral aromas on the nose, leading to a delicately weighted palate that's linear and gorgeously flowing. Tense and brilliantly structured, it's impressively long on the finish with outh-watering flavours.
