A high end hobby for a small vigneron, the vines are well established and they have learnt how to get the most flavour out of the fruit.
Hand picked and open fermented before 12 months maturation in new and old oak.
Dark fruit and savoury characters including black olives. Some nice spice and a textured finish.
Only 5 barrels of this wine were made.
